• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Edocgram. If you are a minor, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Intellectual Property

• All coding problems, solutions, and platform content are owned by Edocgram or our partners and are protected by copyright laws.
• You may not copy, distribute, or resell our content without prior written permission.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., solutions, code, comments) but grant Edocgram a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display it for platform improvement and promotional purposes.

You must not upload content that:

• Is offensive, harmful, defamatory, or illegal.
• Violates intellectual property rights of others.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Use the platform to spam, hack, or distribute malware.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access restricted areas of the platform.
• Disrupt the experience for other users, such as by flooding chats or posting irrelevant content.

5. Chat and Social Features

• Respectful Interactions: Users must be respectful in chats and other social interactions. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive language will result in immediate account suspension.
• Moderation: Edocgram reserves the right to monitor, moderate, and remove inappropriate content or suspend accounts for misuse.

6. Code Editor and Challenges

• The tools and challenges provided are for educational purposes. Edocgram does not guarantee success in exams, interviews, or other external assessments.
• Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their solutions and using the tools responsibly.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Edocgram is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or reliability of content, challenges, or solutions.
• The uninterrupted operation or error-free functionality of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edocgram is not liable for:

• Loss of data, interruptions, or damages resulting from platform use.
• Issues arising from third-party integrations or user internet connectivity.

Our total liability is limited to ₹7,500 INR or the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months, whichever is less.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an announcement on the platform. Continued use of Edocgram signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
